R55 is a full service real estate development and Investment company that operates in the UK and Southern European markets.

R55 was established in 2007 and specialises in the development of housing led, mixed-used projects in major UK or European Cities. It has a particular focus on the development of affordable rental housing as an investment grade asset.

Whilst R55 is sector agnostic, its main area of activity has been the living sectors; Compact urban living, elderly care, student housing, nursing accommodation and affordable housing.
