Minavil House - Wembley

Minavil House is located on the Grand Union Canal in the London Borough of Brent, opposite Alperton tube station.

R55 acquired the site from Lidl GmbH in December 2016 and obtained planning permission for a new Lidl food store with 251 residential units arranged over 29 stories above. 92% of the residential units were allocated to affordable housing.

The planning consent also comprised of 11,000SqFt of offices and canal side cafe arranged over the lower 3 levels.

Construction completed in January 2023.
